滑移模式对预变形材料循环力学行为的影响

本文比较了两种不同滑移模式的预变形材料在循环过程中的力学行为,滞后环的分析表明,平面滑移的Cu—Zn合金在循环过程中背应力下降占主导地位,而波纹滑移的纯Cu则以摩擦阻力下降为支配因素,讨论了位错组态与内应力之间的联系,并用此观点解释了两类预变形材料疲劳前后位错组态变化、软化机制及力学行为的差异

疲劳软化的低能位错结构

用电子衍衬技术研究了预变形6%的1018钢在疲劳过程中位错组态的演变。晶体中位错十分可动,变形态的松散胞迅速变化为主胞壁大致沿{100}的棋盘结构,再逐渐演变为位错偶墙及迷宫结构的低能位错组态。bcc和fcc的迷宫特征以及偶墙取向相似,说明位错线的滑移几何特性及相应的位错细节不是软化过程的控制因素,位错组态的能量状态对软化有重要影响。讨论了周期载荷下胞间位向差的消失以及内应力下降的过程。

冷变形多晶Cu的疲劳软化行为及其门槛

对预变形多晶Cu,在不同载荷下进行拉压对称的恒应力循环试验,比较了不同预变形对其饱和行为及位错组态的影响。结果表明,低应力幅下循环饱和行为仍与历史相关,疲劳后的位错组态具有“继承”性。计算不同载荷下的软化量并外推出疲劳软化门槛,约为流变应力的0.43—0.45左右,其值与低碳钢的几乎相同。本文还描述了循环过程的三个阶段,并对其机理进行了探讨。

EFFECTS OF SLIP MODE ON CYCLIC BEHAVIOR OF PRESTRAINED MATERIALS

The cyclic behaviours of two prestrained materials with different slip modes have been com- pared.From the analysis of hysterisis loops,it is suggested that the decrease in back stress dominates the cyclic process of Cu-Zn alloy with planar slip mode,while the decrease in frictional stress is the main factor affecting the behaviour of Cu with wavy slip mode.The re- lation between the dislocation configuration and internal stress has been also discussed.By means of the relation just mentioned,the variations of dislocation configuration before and after fatigue of the two materials,the differences in their softening mechanism and mechani- cal behaviour could be interpreted.

The evolution of dislocation structures in 6% prestrained steel 1018 during fatigue has been studied by TEM.The dislocations are quite movable,the loose cells quickly change to “checkboard”structures,in which the main cell walls lie about {100}.Then,the low energy dislocation structures i.e.dipolar walls and abyrinth structures are evolved.The characteristic of labyrinth and the orientation of dipolar walls are quite similar to fcc crystal.This indicates the energy state of system and the moving ability of dislocations are important factors affect- ing softening process,rather than the slip geometric characteristic of dislocations and details of dislocations.The decreasing in misorientation between adjoining cells and internal stress are discussed.
